Can I exchange a garment?
Yes in Peninsula. You can choose between exchanging for another size, a product of the same amount or a lower amount.
You can make only one exchange per order.
Outside the Peninsula exchanges are not available. Request your return and buy a new size, color or product.
What should I do to exchange an item?
1. Go to the section Proceed with my return and access the returns portal depending on the country you are in.
2. Enter your order number and the email or cell phone number you used to make the purchase to start the process.
3. Select the garments you want to exchange and the reason.
4. Choose between size exchange, for another garment of equal or lesser value.
5. Carefully read the exchange instructions that you will receive in your email along with the corresponding return label.
6. Proceed to the delivery of the items (within a maximum of 3 days) at the transport office or at the pick-up point of your choice.
7. Once delivered, the order with the exchange will be sent to the address indicated.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on all items of clothing, accessories (*) and footwear, including those on sale. For returns, we will refund the money.

How long do I have to make a return?
We accept returns on all items of clothing, accessories (*) and footwear, including those on sale. For returns, we will refund the money.

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
The deadline for any return is 15 calendar days from the day you receive the order at home or at the delivery point, until the day you deliver the order to the corresponding office for its return.
If you receive a faulty or defective garment, you have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify the customer service team by emailing [email protected].
Remember that you must drop off the items to be returned at the delivery point within 3 calendar days from the date you generated the return label.

Special conditions Pop Up Tour
Outlet items: It will be possible to make changes in the store during the days of the pop up. Items that have any kind of tare cannot be exchanged or returned.
Seasonal items: It will be possible to make changes and returns in the store during the days of the pop up. Subsequently and during 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, the exchange may be requested through Customer Service.
*LADY PIPA reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were sent.
Do you prefer to send the package yourself?
If you prefer, you can also return the package at your own expense using any courier service that allows you to track the package so that it doesn’t get lost. In this case, the package will have to reach us on time and we will refund you the full amount of your order.
The steps are as follows:
1. Place the items you wish to return in the package. The garments must be in perfect condition and with the label attached.
2. Go to the courier of your choice and send the return to the following address:

How can I return a shop order?
Items bought in a shop can only be exchanged and returned at the physical establishment where the purchase was made under the conditions that appear on the receipt.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been received in our warehouse, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made your purchase, either in the bank account associated with the card, PayPal account or Bizum account with which you paid within a maximum of 14 days.
If you chose to pay in three instalments with Klarna, you will be reimbursed for the part you have paid so far and the remaining payments will be cancelled.
Have you received my return at the warehouse?
We will not notify you when we receive the package in the warehouse. We will only send you an email when we have issued the refund. Return shipments to the warehouse take 4/5 working days from the time the package is dropped off at the transport office or delivery point.
If you have decided to send the return shipment yourself, you can check the status of the shipment with the tracking number.
When will you refund me?
You will receive your refund within 1 to 5 working days from the date we receive the package back in our warehouse. We will inform you that we have authorised the refund with a confirmation email. Remember that when the funds will arrive in your account, will depend on your bank.
What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
You should contact our Customer Service team by sending an email to [email protected] so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Spain
1. DROP OFF AT PACK POINT
If you choose Punto Pack delivery or collection point as your delivery method, delivery is free for orders over €50 on the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. You can consult the list of collection points here.
2. HOME DELIVERY
- Península Spain is free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, the shipping costs €3,95.
- Balearic Islands costs €3,95 for orders over €50. For orders under €50, the shipping costs €6,95.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla costs €5,95 for orders over €50. For orders under €50, the shipping costs €9,95.
In the event that the package is detained by customs, the addressee will have to pay the handling fess. This condition is accepted upon purchase. Under no circumstances will Lady Pipa be responsible for the payment of customs clearance or the taxes derived therefrom.
European Union
Shipping to any country in the European Union is free for orders over 140 euros. Below that amount, shipping will cost 4,95 euros.
United Kingdom
For orders over £170, shipping to UK is free and express delivery costs £5. Below that amount, standard shipping costs £5 and express shipping costs £10.
Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Vatican City
For orders over €190, standard shipping to Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Vatican City is free and express shipping costs €5. Below that amount, standard shipping costs €5 and express shipping costs €10.
United States
Shipping to the United States costs $ 6 for orders over $ 190. Below that amount, shipping costs $ 20.
Mexico
Shipping to Mexico is free for orders over 4,700 Mexican pesos. Below that amount, shipping will cost 250 Mexican pesos.
Chile
Shipping to Chile is free for orders over 190,000 Chilean pesos. Below that amount, shipping will cost 9,000 Chilean pesos.
Rest of the world
Shipping to countries not mentioned above is free for orders over 140 euros. Below that amount, shipping costs 10 euros.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Spain and Portugal
- Peninsula, Ceuta and Melilla: between 2 and 3 working days after the order leaves the warehouse.
- Balearic Islands: between 2 and 5 working days after the order leaves the warehouse.
- Canary Islands: approximately 5 working days from the time the order leaves the warehouse unless the package is held in customs, in which case it could take 2/3 days longer.
*Lady Pipa cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery that may occur due to unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances.
Rest of the world
Deliveries to any country (except Spain and Portugal) take 2 to 5 working days from the time the order leaves the warehouse.

Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc., never at a post office box) or at a Mondial Relay/In Post collection point or locker if you are in Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy or Luxembourg. If you are not at the address indicated when the courier comes to deliver your order, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date and time that suits you.
What is the delivery process?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse. In this email, we will include a link and tracking number so that you can check the status of your order.
How do Lady Pipa's clothes fit?
Sizing varies depending on our models but in most cases our customers wear their usual size.
For jumpsuits, we recommend choosing based on the size of non-stretch trousers you usually wear in a shop like Zara.
For dresses, the same criteria can be applied unless the bottom of the dress is not fitted, in which case we recommend that you go by your blouse size.

What sizes to do you make?
We hope to expand the size range in the near future, but at the moment we offer sizes XXS to 5XL.
Do you make dresses to measure or to order?
No, at the moment we don’t have the necessary infrastructure to provide this service.
How can I wash my Lady Pipa garments?
Carefully follow the care instructions on the product label and in the product description on the website. We recommend using a wash bag. Please note that red garments should be washed on their own as they may bleed. Avoid putting your Lady Pipa items in the tumble dryer.
